	Valentin SIFT: Manager and financial manager of the company, Mr SIFT is a business controller having worked for large groups in Europe. He is in charge of the management, the implementation of modern management tools and aspects related to the promotion of the company’s services
	Pino LACETERA : Technical manager of the company, he is an agricultural engineer. He has extensive experience in the field of rural development in West Africa, particularly in the promotion of value chains and capacity building of farmers’ organizations. He is responsible for the technical aspects of production and storage, the organization of field activities, quality control, and feasibility studies.
	Amanda MOUDALBAYE : Holder of a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications and marketing and full-time employee of the company, she is responsible for sales, marketing, communications and external relations
	Inoussa TAO : A full-time employee of the company, he is a senior agricultural technician and has significant experience in building the capacity of family producers in Burkina Faso. He is in charge of technical assistance, monitoring of producers, management of storage warehouses and field surveys.
